IFS-PROC-002 -- Engagement Process

Precision. Every Phase.

01

Site Survey

Every engagement opens with a structured walkthrough: threat modeling, entry-point mapping, network topology audit, and gap analysis against applicable standards.

  • --Threat Model
  • --Gap Analysis Report
  • --Network Topology Map
02

System Design

Engineering drawings, bill of materials, cable schedules, and zone maps produced in-house. Every design is reviewed by a NICET IV-certified lead before client delivery.

  • --Engineered Drawings
  • --BOM + Cable Schedule
  • --Zone Map
03

Installation

Factory-staged and pre-tested before truck-roll. All cabling is labeled, documented, and terminated per manufacturer spec. Disruption to active operations is minimized and scheduled with facilities.

  • --Staged + Pre-tested Systems
  • --As-Built Documentation
  • --Zero-disruption Schedule
04

Commissioning

Full point-to-point verification, UL 2050 monitoring cutover, and mandatory user-acceptance testing. No handover until every alarm path, camera feed, and access credential is confirmed operational.

  • --UAT Sign-Off
  • --Monitoring Cutover
  • --Training Package
Compliance + Standards
  • UL 2050 -- Central Station Monitoring
  • NICET Level IV -- Fire & Security
  • NFPA 72 -- Fire Alarm & Signaling
  • IEC 62443 -- Industrial Cybersecurity
  • NIST SP 800-116 -- PIV Credentials
  • NDAA Section 889 -- Compliant Hardware
  • ANSI/SIA CP-01 -- False Alarm Reduction
