Caspar Systems / Integrated Security
Caspar designs, installs, and manages integrated physical security for data centers, manufacturing plants, and critical facilities. Scroll through the six protection layers we engineer into every site.
Facility Digital Twin / Six Security Layers
Layer 01
Perimeter control
A continuous fence line with monitored gate stations forms the outer boundary. Buried ground sensors detect vibration signatures along the full perimeter. Every breach attempt is logged and classified before a person gets within 30 meters of the building.
Layer 02
Entry and access
A two-stage vestibule creates a mantrap between the perimeter and occupied space. OSDP-encrypted readers authenticate badge and mobile credentials. Tailgate detection prevents piggyback entry. Every access event is time-stamped to the second and cross-referenced with camera footage.
Layer 03
Surveillance
Fixed and varifocal 4K IP cameras cover all approach angles with overlapping fields of view. Edge analytics detect loitering, abandoned objects, and unauthorized movement without a human in the loop. Footage is retained locally for 90 days and mirrored to immutable cloud storage.
Layer 04
Interior zones
Dual-tech PIR and microwave motion detectors reduce false positives to near zero across general floor space. Door contacts monitor every access point in real time. Zone-based arming lets operations run without constant disruptions -- only unoccupied or restricted areas stay armed during business hours.
Layer 05
Critical area restriction
Server rooms, production floors, and high-value storage operate under a separate access tier with mandatory two-factor authentication and an enforced escort policy. Biometric readers are paired with video verification. Any access outside the approved schedule triggers an immediate alert.
Layer 06
Monitoring uplink
Every device on every layer feeds a unified VMS/PSIM platform. A dedicated SOC receives structured event data with response runbooks pre-loaded. Redundant cellular and fiber uplinks ensure signal continuity during a network or power event. Your security posture is visible in one pane of glass, 24 hours a day.
What this means for your site
01
Site assessment
Before any hardware is specified, Caspar conducts a physical walk-through and threat model. We map your highest-risk access points, identify blind spots in your current coverage, and produce a written gap analysis. Deliverable: a ranked action plan tied to your actual exposure, not a generic checklist.
02
Integrated design
All six layers are engineered together. Access events cross-reference camera timestamps automatically. Alarm zones map directly to the schematic your operations team uses. A single unified platform replaces the patchwork of disconnected systems most facilities accumulate over time.
03
Managed monitoring
Caspar's SOC team monitors your facility around the clock using the same digital twin your team sees. Event escalation follows a documented runbook -- not a judgment call. Quarterly review meetings include footage clips, access anomaly reports, and recommendations for the next cycle.
