Discovery and site assessment
We begin with a structured two-day site assessment -- mapping credential zones, camera sight lines, ingress/egress flows, and integration dependencies with your existing IT and HR systems. Output is a written Security Architecture Brief.

System design and vendor selection
Our engineers specify and source hardware from a curated set of enterprise-grade partners (Verkada, Genetec, Axis, Bosch). We hold no exclusivity agreements -- every recommendation is made on fit, not margin.

Integration, commissioning, and handoff
Phased installation is coordinated with your operations team to minimize disruption. We commission every system to our own acceptance criteria before sign-off, then provide 90 days of included hypercare operations support.
